A single treatment session with a Physiotherapist or Chiropractor will vary depending on your injuries and / or condition. On average, your first visit will last approximately 45min - 60min. Each subsequent treatment may take from 30min - 45min. 

On the other hand, Massage, Acupuncture and Counselling sessions have fixed timings which will be determined during your appointment booking.

Treatment may cause temporary soreness. However, this soreness will be significantly less than the pain you came in with. Also, the soreness is completely normal and will dissipate as your body starts to heal (typically within 1 or 2 days). 

Everyone's pain threshold is different and treatment will depend on the injury or condition. Nonetheless, our practitioners always provide high quality treatment and take into consideration each individual patients pain threshold. We promise to be as gentle as possible :)

Yes, we provide direct billing services to all major insurance companies. If you policy does not allow direct billing, we can also submit paper claims through the mail, on your behalf.

Yes, there is a $30 penalty. If you fail to cancel within  24 hours of your appointment. The same peanalty applies to missed appointments. However, we do allow for a 10 minute grace period, if you happen to be running late.

You can make a payment within the clinic. However, if for some reason you are not able to visit the clinic, we may be able to accept payment by email or phone. Our accepted payment methods are cash, credit and debit.
